Doever, December 2009 Hi! I'm Jan Selvar. Wow! What can I say to follow that? I'm grateful for the chance to work with top-notch trainers and represent fantastic clients! A little about me: I'm a fifth-generation Bainbridge Islander. My grandpa was the fire commissioner, and my dad and my uncles were volunteer firefighters. After high school, I moved to the Seattle area. I raised my daughter in Magnolia, and I now live in Queen Anne. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I spent 16 years as principal administrator in a small law firm, negotiating contracts and overseeing all daily operations. My responsibilities there helped me develop extraordinary customer service and communication skills. My drive and desire to excel has been with me all my life. I channeled that drive into years of running marathons - including the 2006 Boston Marathon - cycling across the state (and in other countries!), and climbing all the major Northwest peaks.
